Fiesta Days is one of Durango's oldest ongoing celebrations, running since 1935. The 2026 span is July 15 through September 5, and the Durango portion is at the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Avenue.
It shares that ground with the Wednesday night rodeos and, in August, the county fair. North Main is the approach. The historic downtown parade tradition sits inside the same season, so a Fiesta week can put both the fairgrounds and Main Avenue to work.
