Animas Valley
Trimble Crossing is a townhome community in the Animas Valley, north of town near the Dalton Ranch entrance. The homes are individually owned townhomes under Colorado's common-interest law. They are not condominiums, and it is not a lock-and-leave community.
The association
The association maintains the roads, fencing, and irrigation, and it keeps a reserve for that work. The published regular assessment, starting September 1, 2026, is $540 a month, due on the first and late on the 15th.
