The original shop on CR 250, same plaza as Pop Sushi. Loaves, pastries, sandwiches, coffee. Ciabatta rolls are a north-shop thing. Call this number for cakes and special orders. They close early afternoon, so do not show up at 3 hoping for a loaf.

Fresh mozzarella, olive tapenade, tomatoes, pesto, greens on focaccia.

BLT
Bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise on a ciabatta roll.
Ham and brie
Ham, brie, whole grain mustard on a seeded baguette. Add pesto or tomato.
Croissants
Almond, plain, ham and cheese, pain au chocolat. Gruyere on weekends. Green chile cheese Wed, Fri, Sat.
Muffins
Muffin of the day, rotates every few days. Blueberry is a regular.
Sweet rolls
Cinnamon roll. Golfeado (Venezuelan sweet roll with cotija and anise) on Thursdays.
