South Rim Trail
South Rim Trail is an easy 2.3-mile trail that is open to all non-motorized use.
The trail system next to the Horse Gulch/Telegraph network (and connecting to it) is called the Grandview Ridge Trails and includes several very fun local trails.

Getting there
Parking at Carbon Junction. Begin at Main Avenue and 9th Street, then go west on 9th Street, toward Camino Del Rio. Turn left onto Camino Del Rio (Highway 550) then veer left onto Highway 160 East. Make a left onto Dominguez Drive toward the Exxon, then take a right onto Carbon Junction. Keep following Carbon Junction (Frontage Road) as it turns to dirt and heads slightly uphill. Here, there is a parking spot for Grandview Ridge Trails.
